Accounts and Access

Do I need an account? Yes. An account is required to manage your prepaid balance and ledger.

Which models can I use? Currently we support OpenAI's GPT 4o mini, GPT-5 and GPT-5 Pro. Support for Anthropic and Google's top models is coming soon.

Is there a subscription? No, and will never be. We believe in supporting everyone who wants to have access to frontier models without worrying about under-usage and forgotten cancellations.

Privacy and Data

Are my prompts or model responses stored? No. We do not persist prompts or responses after delivery.

What metadata do you keep? Only what’s needed for billing, abuse prevention, security, and legal compliance, such as wallet balance, transaction timestamps, and limited security signals.

Can model providers identify me? Providers receive prompts via our backend. They do not receive user-identifying data from us. You must still comply with each provider’s terms.

GPTokenz, Costs, and Ledger

How do GPTokenz work? GPTokenz is the app currency. Add prepaid GPTokenz, then each request deducts the computed cost shown in your ledger entry.

Do GPTokenz expire? No.

Am I charged when there's an error with the AI provider's server No. Check your Transactions page

Refunds? Prepaid balances are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Why do charges vary for the same prompts across models? Providers base the cost on a model's capabilities, the length of the prompt and response and the "thinking-effort". We will be releasing a cost-notification feature so that expected high costs are flagged before prompt submission.

How can I verify charges? The in-app ledger is accessed by clicking on your user_id at the top right corner. Each debit links to a specific prompt and response.

Is GPTokenz the same as prompt and response tokens? No. GPTokenz is the app currency.

What are the assumptions used for the number of converstions for each topup pack? There are no industry averages for prompts and responses hence the assumptions are 50 and 150, respectively. Actual use may vary.

Safety and Acceptable Use

Any usage restrictions? Yes. Do not use the Service for illegal activities, abuse, or deception. Respect each provider’s use policies.

Age requirements? The Service is not directed to children under 13. Comply with your jurisdiction’s minimum age rules.

Performance and Reliability

Should I expect long response times? Some models perform complex reasoning and may take longer to respond, especially for long and complex prompts. The UI prevents accidental duplicate sends while a request is in flight.

Will I be charged for failed requests? Debits are tied to request processing with a provider. Check your ledger entry to confirm any charge outcome.

Payments and Currencies

Which payment methods are supported? Card and selected alternative methods depending on region and processor availability. The UI shows current options.

Which currencies are accepted? USD is supported. Additional local methods or currencies may be added over time; the UI will reflect what is active.

Promotions and Referrals

Do you have referral bonuses? Promotions may run from time to time. Any active referral terms will be shown in-app and applied automatically when conditions are met.

Legal

Governing law? Singapore law.

Third-party terms? Using a model means you also accept that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
